This set of 8 white double damask napkins are wonderful. They measure 36” by 28” high (91.5cm by 71cm) and the monogram is 4.25” by 2.5” high (11cm by 6.5cm). The entire napkin is festooned with damask images of grapes and wheat sheaves entwined within garlands of foliage. The monogram is encircled by the same garlands to delightful effect. The damask is soft and a pure white in colour. I have darkened the images slightly in order to enhance the image of the embroidery.) The monogram is interlaced with wheat sheaves, flowers and foliage – the quality of the embroidery is superb. Just wonderful!
