A seriously handsome monogram! The napkin measures 13” square (33cm) and is the perfect size for your guests to use at your next cocktail party. Not too big and not to small. They are circa 1900. The monogram measures 1.5” square (4cm) and embroidered by the finest hand with pearl white cotton thread. It is delicate yet firm and absolutely superb – of the finest work one could find. The damask weave is that of bushes of flowers each surrounded by a wreath of foliage. Each corner of the napkin has a bouquet of roses. The centre of the napkins has a delightful circle of flowers and leaves. They is soft to the touch, dates around 1910. Napkins to set off the perfect cocktail table!
