This pillow sham is simple and lovely for it. The linen is soft in a way it can only achieve after being in existance for 100 years. It measures 29.5" by 28.5" (75cm by 72.5cm) high. The pillow sham is fastened closed with five mother of pearl buttons. The monogram measures 5.5" by 4" high (14cm by 10cm) and the pillow area measures 25.5" by 24.5" (65cm by 62cm). The border of the pillow area is a very very fine drawn thread work which is so small and yet so perfect that it is difficult to believe it could be hand made! The LV of the monogram is embroidered using a fine white pearly thread. The execution of the monogram is SO fine and the berries and twigs of leaves that interplay with the monogram are so delightful is it hard to let this one go! Enjoy!
