This pillow sham is a simple art deco design. The linen is pure white. It measures 30.5 by 29 (77.5cm by 73.5cm) high. The pillow sham is fastened closed with five mother of pearl buttons. The monogram measures 4 by 4.5 high (10cm by 11.5cm) and the pillow area measures 26 by 25 (66cm by 63.5cm). The border of the pillow area has a lovely example of thread work which is beautifully done. The PG monogram is surrounded by border of bold and high relief dots and on the bottom right corner a rose with foliage. The top left of the monogram has further examples of delightful drawn threadwork which perfectly set off the monogram in a frame. If you like Art Deco then this is a piece to treasure!
