This creamy white pillow sham is a delight and is dated around 1890. It has gorgeous heavy 1.75 inch deep cotton lattice lace work all around the edge with a drawn thread square of great beauty around the inner square. It measures 26” by 24” wide (66cm x 61cm) and the pillow area measures 24.5” wide x 22.5” (62cm x 57cm). It is heavy linen that is very silky to the touch. The monogram measures 4”wide x 3” tall and fastens with five mother of pearl buttons. The monogram has little flowers and twigs of leaves intertwined with it. This will look so splendid on a bed especially with its luxuriant border work.
