The entire border of this pillow sham is covered in Fuchsia flowers and vines which intertwine delicately. It measures 27” by 25” wide (69cm x 64cm) and the pillow area measures 22.5.” wide x 20 high.” (56cm x 51cm). It is a light linen that is very silky to the touch. The monogram measures 2”wide x 2.5” tall and fastens with four mother of pearl buttons and a beautiful drawn thread border. It is dated circa 1900. The embroidery is done with a pearly white thread. So many flowers and leaves – such a lovely piece to grace one's bed.
