A very fine art deco piece dated 1920. The dotted filigree embroidery around the monogram is as fine as I have ever seen. The pillow sham is in perfect condition and snow white. It measures 26.5” (66cm) square and the pillow area is 22” square (56cm). There is an expertly created border, two inches deep, which is delineated by very fine drawn thread work. The monogram is executed with the finest hand and with pearl white thread. A true collectors piece and captures the era perfectly.
