This sheet has a pair of pillow shams which you will find listed as PS008. This is a sheet which is absolutely superb and has so much embroidery that it must have taken a year to complete. Take a look at the photos. It is snow white and of the finest grade linen. Very soft and very light weight yet with the strength of the best linen. The sheet comes from France and is dated around 1900. It measures 94.5'' wide by 138'' in length (240cm x 350cm). This is suitable for a double bed. The monogram measures 9" wide by 9" high (23cm) tall and has the most spectacular seed stitching within the E and trellis work in the J monogram. The entire first 12 inches of the sheet is encrusted with tudor roses and drawn thread work which will take your breath away. To find a sheet of this standard with a pair of matching pillow shams of equal quality is very rare indeed. A special sheet for a special bed or collection.
